Homestead + Heal Retreats

Our signature Homestead + Heal Retreat is about slowing down and being guided by the land through simple, Earth-led days. We encourage you to unplug, walk slowly and breath deeply. There’s no rigid schedule or to-do lists. This private retreat experience is built for you.

Are you ready to feel alive, connected, and in flow with life?

Whether you’re here for the two-night Homestead + Heal or the five-night Homestead + Heal option, these retreats are designed to help you sink into the gentle rhythms of the farm. Your stay includes a mix of one-on-one healing, learning and exploring with structured bodywork sessions and homesteading adventures. And aside from these 2-3 hours of organized time each day, there will be plenty of space to just "be" on the land.

  • Come on your own: A chance to fully recharge and move at your own pace, with plenty of quiet space for reflection and solo time with the land.

  • Get away with your partner or friend: Share the experience with someone close to you and spend your days learning together and your evenings in the sauna or stargazing.

  • Bring the whole family: The farmhouse is built for gathering; there’s plenty of room for kids to make new friends, explore the woods, and join the homesteading adventures.

How to find the farm

Shrewsbury is tucked into the Green Mountains of Rutland County, about three hours from Boston and six hours from NYC.

A note on transport: You will need a car during your stay. While the farm is a great place to stay put, having your own vehicle is essential for getting to local attractions, picking up groceries, and exploring the community.

If you’re traveling from further away, the Rutland-Southern Vermont Regional Airport (RUT) is just a 10-minute drive away and offers direct flights from Boston. For more flight options, Burlington International (BTV) is about 90 minutes north. Car rentals are available in Rutland and Burlington.

Maps and GPS will get you to our farm easily:
224 Frank Lord Rd
